Brett Favre Personal Life

Brett Favre was born to Bonita and Irvin Favre on October 10, 1969 in Gulfport, Mississippi. He is the second of four children and grew up in Hancock Country in the small town of Kiln, Mississippi. It was a very small town with no paved roads or stop lights. Brett played football and baseball at Hancock North Central High School where he lettered in baseball five times and also lead his team in batting all five seasons. He also lettered in football three times and played both offense and defense. Brett was also the punter and place kicker. Even though Brett’s father Irvin Favre was the coach of his high school football team, he still did not really let Brett pass too much because his father like to stick to his game plan of running the football. Brett’s father had to get recruiters to come to his games and eventually Brett got one scholarship offer from Southern Mississippi. On July 14, 1996, Brett married his longtime girlfriend Deanna Tynes. They currently have two daughters, Brittany, 21, and Breleigh, 11.
